Acceptance
By accessing https://datatransitnode.digital or engaging Datatransit Node for research work, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request an engagement.

Research character of the work
Deliverables are research materials for your own decision-making. They are not an offer to buy or sell securities, and they do not create a discretionary portfolio-management relationship unless a separate written agreement expressly says so. Past market behaviour referenced in maps does not guarantee future results.
Website use
You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, or misrepresent your identity when submitting forms.
Intellectual property
Site content, written maps, briefs, and method descriptions remain the intellectual property of Datatransit Node unless a written engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you for internal use. You may use delivered maps within your organisation; you may not resell or republish them without permission.
Engagements and fees
Fees described on the site are informational. Binding commercial terms are set out in the engagement confirmation or invoice. Deposits, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the engagement confirmation and our Refund Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Datatransit Node is not liable for investment losses, trading decisions, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or research materials. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
