Refunds, cancellation, and rescheduling

This policy applies to paid research engagements offered by Datatransit Node, including Small-Cap Momentum Mapping, Weekly Momentum Briefs, Sector Rotation Reviews, and Pre-Position Liquidity Checks. The website does not sell physical products or software subscriptions.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether a deposit or full fee has been paid. Informational prices on the site are not charges until confirmed by invoice.

Timeframe to request

Contact us within fourteen (14) days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, a cancellation or a delivery dispute), using contact@datatransitnode.digital or +66 2 555 6300.

One-off engagements (maps, reviews, liquidity checks)

• Full refund of deposit if you cancel more than five business days before the agreed desk start date and no preparatory work has begun.
• Partial refund (50% of fees paid) if you cancel within five business days of the start date, or after desk work has begun but before the written deliverable is issued.
• No refund once the written map, note, or liquidity check has been delivered, including if you decline or miss the subsequent briefing.
• If we cancel for reasons on our side and cannot reschedule within a reasonable period, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement.

Weekly Momentum Brief

• Monthly fees paid in advance are refundable on a pro-rata unused-week basis if you cancel with at least seven days’ notice after the four-week minimum.
• During the four-week minimum, fees for weeks already started are non-refundable; unused prepaid weeks after a valid notice may be refunded.
• No-shows on optional fourth-week calls are not refundable.

Rescheduling

Briefings may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Later changes or repeated reschedules may forfeit the briefing portion without reducing the fee for work already delivered in writing.

Deposits and work already started

Deposits secure desk time. When research work has started (universe confirmation completed and analysis underway), deposits become partly or fully non-refundable as described above. Materials we purchase specifically for your engagement, if any and pre-agreed, are non-refundable once ordered.

Non-refundable items

• Delivered written maps, briefs, and liquidity checks
• Completed live briefing time
• Third-party data costs expressly agreed in advance as pass-through expenses

Refund process and method

Email contact@datatransitnode.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval, unless a bank or payment provider requires longer.

Exceptions

If deliverables are materially delayed solely due to us beyond the timeline confirmed in writing, you may request rescheduling or a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion. Market outcomes after you receive a map are not grounds for a refund.
